Pharcos HCO 7 is a hydrophobic emulsifier derived from hydrogenated castor oil. It is excellent for water-in-oil (W/O) cosmetic creams and lipsticks. Industrially, it is used in leather tanning as a softener and in polishes as a waterproofing agent.
